1. Cloud Dough

You've probably already heard of this, but if not don't worry! It's super easy to make! You really only need two ingredients.

Food coloring isn't necessary but it's fun for your kids to mix and play with different colors!

Recipe:

2 cups cornstarch (overflowing is best)
1 cup scented conditioner
5 drops of food dye (more or less)

-First, pour cornstarch into a large mixing bowl

-Then add all the conditioner

-Mix with a silicone spatula until its too difficult

-Lastly, knead the dough with your hands until you're confident it's mixed together!

(food coloring: mix into the dough when it's almost ready for kneading)

Now you're ready for fun!

**Store in a tightly sealed container or zip-lock bag

2. Kinesthetic Sand

Some of you might remember this craze from a few years back, but this sand is amazing! Very little mess, and tons of fun! You can mold it, sculpt it, or just play with it. It lasts quite a while too.

You only need three ingredients

2 1/2 cups of colored play sand
1 1/2 cups of cornstarch
1/2 cup of olive oil (vegetable oil works too)

-First, whisk together sand and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl

-Next, slowly mix in oil with a spoon

-When it's too hard to mix with a spoon, use your hands and knead it until it's well mixed!

Have fun!

**Store in a tightly sealed container

3. Sensory Bags

This is super simple to make, and tons of mess-free fun! It's definitely something your kiddos can help make.

You'll need:

1-gallon zip lock bag
Tape

Hair styling Gel (cheap $tree kind works)
Food Coloring
Glitter, sprinkles, or some sort of fun insert (get creative!)

-Put the desired amount of hair gel into a baggie

-Next, add food coloring and glitter

-Zip closed, and mix well!

Lastly, lay it down on a flat surface, make sure all the air has escaped, and seal shut.
Tape down to the table, best to put white paper underneath.

The purpose is to draw shapes or write words on the bag, so best if it doesn't move around. Also, best to avoid little hands popping the bag!

Enjoy!

**Store in a cool, dry place
